Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 4 working days. Please send us an email if you require your order for a specific date.
However, sometimes we need to make items especially for an order and this can take up to 1 week.
Methods of Delivery
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or courier service. Both Royal Mail and courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt of your parcel. Please let us know during the ordering process if you require an alternative delivery address such as a work address or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one was available to receive your order. UK orders will be delivered within 3-4 days upon dispatch.
All international destinations will receive their orders by national mail service (Airmail) within 10-12 working days and import duties may apply on receipt of the parcel, we have no control over this and the customer is responsible for these charges.

Shipping cost is based on the total value of the order. Shipping is free within the UK if your order is over £150.

Gift Wrapping
We offer free gift wrapping for every purchase. Individual items are wrapped in white tissue paper with a Mini McGhee logo sticker, then finished with our signature gift tag. Just let us know when ordering if you would like us to hand write a gift message for you. Or if you would like a gift wrap with an extra special touch we have small and large white gift boxes and handmade embroidered gift bags available to buy. We will then package your gift for you and hand write a note if you would like.
Small Box: white gift box tied with our signature orange ribbon and grey card gift tag and lined with a carefully selected piece of vintage fabric.
Large Box: products are wrapped in white luxury tissue paper with a logo sticker then placed inside a white gift box tied with our signature orange ribbon and grey gift card.
Gift Bag: pretty handmade bag fashioned from embroidered vintage fabric. Complemented with mismatched fabric handles. Different on the front and back, each one one is unique.
Payment Options
We accept payment by Paypal, which is safe and easy to use. You don't have to be a member of Paypal to use it. If you would prefer to send a cheque (UK customers only), please email us at info@minimcghee.com and we will send you further information.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your delivery, if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange provided this is requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery and that the item returned is in its original and unused condition. All tags must still attached and the item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note.
Delivery charges on returned items are at the customer's expense and we recommend using registered/recorded post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. The original delivery charge is non-refundable. In the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply.
